At AmScope, we stand behind the quality of our optical instruments and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your professional or educational needs, we are here to assist with a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all telescope and microscope returns.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all lenses, slides, power adapters, and manuals, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics and optics, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
