AmScope SE305R-P-LED Binocular Stereo Microscope on a Pillar Stand
This cordless LED binocular stereo microscope comes with two pairs of stereo objective lenses mounted in a rotating nosecone, sturdy all-metal pillar stand, and a versatile illumination system that provides both incident (top) lighting and transmitted (bottom) lighting. You can choose between incident illumination shining down onto the object or transmitted illumination through the frosted stage plate. The first is used for the observation of three-dimensional objects and the second for the observation of slides. It comes with a rechargeable illumination system capable of taking rechargeable AA batteries, and an AC adapter/charger. This microscope offers high resolution and good depth within a broad field of view. It gives sharp clear stereo images. Its 45 degree inclined binocular head ensures an easy observation and rubber eye-guards provide further comfort.
This model has a forward-oriented head which places the observation stage closer to the user which is typically beneficial for delicate work using soldering or cutting instruments. The ocular tubes can be easily adjusted to properly align with your eyes, and one is equipped with a diopter to compensate for astigmatism.
Two pairs of objective lenses provide 10X and 30X stereo magnification when used with the included 10X eyepieces. This range is intended for common soldering and mechanical repair, and inspecting larger objects. The objective magnification can be changed by simply rotating the nosecone to switch lenses. The viewing head uses 30.5mm ocular tubes to provide an extra-large field-of-view. One ocular tube has an integrated dioptric adjuster for users with astigmatism, or to fine-tune focus when using a camera in place of the eyepiece. The head can be adjusted for any user using rotating binocular adjustment to guarantee proper alignment with the eyes. Various eyepieces are available to expand the magnification range.
