The handheld digital microscope streams directly to your computer and lets students capture photos and record videos with the included software, complete with professional editing tools for analysis.

Dual LED illumination from above and below makes it easy to view both transparent specimens (like thin tissue slides) and opaque subjects (like leaves, insects, and rocks). Because it is battery-powered, the microscope can be taken anywhere—ideal for classroom activities, home learning, or outdoor exploration.

To encourage immediate engagement, the kit includes a 25-piece prepared slide set, so kids can start exploring right out of the box. A richly illustrated guidebook walks beginners through microscope history and fun at-home experiments. Students can also create their own samples using the included Petri dish, blank slides, graduated cylinder, pipette, forceps, probe, and stirring rod.
