AmScope DMS1100 Super Depth of Field Microscope
DMS Series digital microscopes combine high-resolution optical microscopy with advanced digital imaging to produce a new level of depth and clarity far beyond what can be achieved using conventional microscopes. This software-driven system uses manual or motorized movements along with cutting-edge algorithms to composite images with extreme depth of field, as well as 3-dimensional renderings of surface morphology. Each microscope is built-to-order based on your preferred configuration, and is packaged with a computer, monitor, and remote controller for programmable or manual control.
Magnification

Using telecentric zoom optics, each lens covers a range of magnifications. Up to four lenses can be mounted with configurations available to cover magnifications from 20X to 7500X. Objective lenses feature plan-apochromatic corrections to provide the highest resolutions. |
Composite Imaging

Each DMS microscope uses an integrated 12MP CMOS camera sensor with 4K video to preview and capture a series of images over multiple axes. This allows for larger fields of view and greater depth of field. Motorized focus provides faster, more precise image sampling to ensure high-quality results. Multiple illumination and contrast-enhancement modes are available including brightfield, darkfield, oblique, polarized-light, and differential interference contrast. |

Additionally, the upper assembly can be laterally tilted up to 90° in either direction. This allows for precision two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurements. |
